Great location, just needs some work
The townhome was perfect, and if everything was working right, it would have been. We didn't have wi-fi for 1.5 days, during which time, we had to find other places (coffee houses in Redmond) to do work from. Property management was able to help out and resolve the problem, but it really did cut in to our productivity while on vacation at a home that advertised it. There was a horrible squeal in the bathroom upstairs that we couldn't figure out how to stop. It kept the upstairs guests up at night. Finally, the dryer didn't work - which I figured out after I washed a load of clothes. Luckily I was able to dry it nearby at a private home, but when I contacted property management, they weren't able to fix it in time. The location and bones of the townhome were great, it just really needs someone in there to check plumbing, electrical and make sure everything is in working order. Because of the outages, we had to scramble to make up for amenities we thought we had covered, which ate up our vacation and relaxation time.

Okay, but Needs some Attention
I loved the location and size of the unit. It was very convenient for activities at the resort. Our 1st issue was when we pulled the bed down for the night and realized it was very obvious that the bedding had not been changed. It was late, and fortunately we were able to find some sheets and blankets in the closet and resolved the issue ourselves. There was a general maintenance issue that needs taken care of on the deck. One side of the deck the railing is barely even attached. We put a table in front of it to keep our toddler from leaning up against it and falling right through it. The final straw for me is that the last morning my husband got up to find mice in the kitchen! After looking around he noticed a mouse trap under the sink so this is a known issue. I am not sure how I feel about a unit knowing they have mice in the kitchen of all places and are still renting it out before remedying the issue. This unit has so much potential to be a great place to stay with just a bit more attention to detail!

Fantastic unit in a lovely setting
Nicely appointed, super clean and comfortable. This condo has everything you need and the resort setting was great. We enjoyed the pool at the end of our day's activities and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Good central location for all our vacation adventures.

It’s a really nice place! Friends stopped by to pick us up and had lots of compliments- they thought it was better than their Worldmark condo! The place was clean, spacious, and peaceful! Thanks for letting us use it for 2 nights.
