Very Nice W/front row view of the 3rd Fairway

I used it for a personal writing retreat, but it would easily house six couples. The housekeeping could be improved--I'd give it 3.5 stars of 5. I'd give the overall experience a 4.5. When not writing or reading, I enjoyed studying golf swings! I recommend the townhouse.

Roomy and Peaceful

Our family completely enjoyed our recent stay in your beautiful home! Super roomy with kid friendly options for sleeping arrangements. Small recommendations include compiling a small but essential notebook to leave for your guests, outlining the Eagle Crest complex, a simple map showing the location of the home with respect to the complex and perhaps some general information and phone numbers for the golf pro shop and the recreation centers. Additionally, this is the first rental I’ve ever used that didn’t have some basics like aluminum foil, or a few inexpensive kids plates and cups, knowing that this is a family friendly unit. We hope to stay here again and I’m hoping to see these very small, but very typical inclusions. Thank you!

Safe, quiet, scenic, golf course neighborhood with friendly neighbors and well-maintained lawns. Beautiful, spacious duplex with a great view of the 12th hole, especially from the back deck. Could easily accommodate 3 couples (each with their own bathrooms) and 3 or more kids on 3 couches. Ample supply of various kitchen essentials including a full spice rack, although a set of sharp steak knives (or at least one sharp serrated-edge knife for chopping hard vegetables) would be a great addition. Large bedrooms with ceiling fans and comfortable beds. Really appreciated having two master bedrooms with ensuites that had extra-deep (albeit somewhat short) jetted tubs and "top-down bottom-up shades" over each tub that allowed light in while maintaining privacy. Frebreeze in the bathrooms was thoughtful. Very clean house, with two exceptions: window ledges around jacuzzi tubs and tracks for sliding windows had not been cleaned in a while, and it's probably time for a deep cleaning of the carpeting throughout the house. Being able to park the car in the garage was a definite plus, although the neighborhood was so safe that we wouldn't have worried about parking in the driveway.

Fun family ski vacation

Check in process was smooth (although would have loved additional information on where to find the garage door remote). House was clean and well stocked. Kids loved being able to look out over the golf course. Nice amenities. We used the sports center pool and had a good time. We would stay here again.

Failed to meet expectations

The property is nice if you only need 3 bedrooms. We had a group of 4 golfers, I was under the impression it was a 4 bedroom unit. The accommodations for the fourth adult was sub par, needing to use a mattress from a hide a bed that was small for a 6’2” male. A nice local property manager did bring an inflatable bed to make the situation more tolerable. I appreciated her help. Also, there was no cable TV, therefore we could not get live sporting events or channels like the Golf channel. The base of the toilet leaked in the downstairs master. We had to re boot the router multiple times to connect to the internet. The grill would not stay lit when conditions were windy, common in the afternoon. Overall, a very disappointing stay, I have rented homes in Eagle Crest for years and this was the worst experience.

Lovely place

Great place for our multi generational getaway. It's right on the golf course so there were the sounds of mowers and enthusiastic golfers during the day. So if you are looking for a private and woodsy area, this might not work for you. Lovely layout and plenty of space for all of us.

Nice home on the 12th fairway of ridge course. Great floor plan with full suites both upstairs and downstairs. Excellent sleep separation for privacy plus comfortable common areas for socializing. Well stocked kitchen. Would go back.

Poor customer service.

We booked this trip for my parents 50th anniversary. When they arrived they could not get the tv to work. Called Vrbo/vacasa and they said they would send someone out. No one came that day. Next day called again to check in. They told me they had no record of anything wrong. After many more phone calls the property manager called me back saying you could only stream tv on your smart phone. My parents are in their 70s and have a non smart phone. The property manager Jason told me the information about the tv was on the listing. It was not. My parents had to go buy an antenna and a radio and still only had a few news channels to watch. They were stressed out for half of their stay as they were trying to navigate this issue with no real help. While the house was nice the tv should work when they turn it on. This was very upsetting as we tried to make their 50th anniversary special but only to make them stressed out during their stay. Was very upset with the company for not being transparent in the listing that you would need a smart phone to run the tv. Customer service was poor. Will be booking with another company in the future.

Beautiful, functional and clean home

The place was very clean throughout. We love the wood floors, high ceiling and loft. It has two roomy master suites and additional 1.5 bathrooms. The three bedrooms are positioned nicely for privacy. Beds are comfortable and sheets and blankets are nice and clean. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookwares. It has a nice large deck outside of the living/dining/a master suite with view of the golf course and mountains. We all loved the place!

This home is good for a large family or group of friends to connect and enjoy Central Oregon. It is connected to another home (duplex), but other than that, it was well appointed and very clean. Highly recommend.
