There was what appeared to be a leak on the right side of the house.
Location was convenient to family in the area . The unit, however, could use a thorough cleaning. More towels (bath, hand, washcloths, and kitchen) are needed.

Perfect weekend retreat
Great location. Peaceful and a perfect place for couples who want 2 queen beds. Had a couple issues that the property managers handled immediately and were super responsive. Well come back to this suite if we stay at eagle crest again. Love the deers and golf from the deck when using the hot tub. Very quiet and convenient.

Great Condo for Relaxation
Great place to stay and enjoy all that Eagle Crest Resort has to offer. After a great day of golf you can come home to a back deck and relax in the hot tub or barbecue some food on grill provided.

Condo was clean and tidy.. wonderful view of golf course. Gas fireplace was touchy about starting and staying lit. And the TV in the master bedroom had no volume so that was a drawback... we had a good time thank you for the stay.

Great Weekend!
Really enjoyed our weekend. We rented this unit with a couple we are good friends with and really enjoyed the stay. No complaints at all. Just as long as you understand this is a townhouse, but on the end, it is a great place.

clean home on golf course
This is a spacious home and well laid out. It is in a neighborhood adjacent to the condos/hotel with bike paths etc, but paths easy to get to once leave security gate. Our only real complaint are the bed mattresses are really old and uncomfortable. The master bed especially. Other than that the linens, towels, furniture, and kitchen is very nice. The deck is new and so is hot tub which was clean and hot when we arrived.

A little worse for the wear, but a great location
This property has obviously been a rental for a long time. A lot of wear and tear, and shortcuts on maintenance. Not where I would live, but a good home base for working in the area for a couple of days. The fees were extremely high for the property, and everywhere on this rental system, I recommend looking elsewhere. The rental itself was $380, the fees were over $192! What Have you got to lose to look elsewhere?

Perfect spot on the #9 green!
Really enjoyed this property. On the #9 green (ridge course) and across the street from the clubhouse, recreation center, and putting course. Upstairs is a little warm during hot days because the ac just didn't pump air that well, but downstairs was perfect. Hot tub was clean and ready to go! In general, eagle crest is awesome, tons of activity. They do, however, need better signs and maps for walking and riding a bike.

Everything worked, but need maintenance
We did enjoy our stay, but for spending the money we'd want a cleaner place overall. There were mouse droppings in the lower kitchen cabinets, a mouse chewed pretzel bag in upper cabinets (that must have been left from previous guest), killed a dozen spiders, patio door was not sealed well (could see hole through near the bottom), patio screen wouldn't close or open without using 2 hands, newer looking wood-look vinyl floor was cut short of the trim around half bath area- large gaps to sub-floor, front door hard to open and shut. Won't rent this one again.
