“This was our first time staying in Indian Rocks Beach. We were there primarily for Spring Training but also wanted to be near the beach. This property was very private, quiet and extremely clean. For my husband and I, it was a perfect place to settle in between baseball games. Unfortunately, it was too cool for the beach or the pool. But we relaxed and slept well in the comfortable bed. “I visited this property with friends for a long weekend of golf and spring training baseball games in the Tampa area. Overall, we had an excellent experience. We enjoyed the house and the yard, particularly the water views (even spotting a pod of dolphins one morning) and outstanding Jacuzzi. The location was perfect, with beachfront access, restaurants, stores, and a gas station (with boiled peanuts), all within walking distance.I feel like I must mention a relatively minor drawback - despite……

“We love the easy access to the beach - to the park and within walking distance to restaurants. It is spacious and light and plenty of room to have family or friends come and stay. The only reason we didn't rate 5 stars is that it is somewhat dated - outdoor furniture is not comfortable, beach chairs were non-existent (could be from earlier storm?) and dishware is not conducive to beach house.However with that being said - we have returned because the owner is responsive and the location can't……

“The pics did not do the home justice! The inside of the house was immaculate along with the pool/grill area. IF there was anything that I would suggest would be better curb appeal in the front and far back yard, update the landscaping, clear the vegetation by the creek out some but overall, it is still well above a 5 as a rating!”

However, what really impressed us was how hospitable and responsive our host was. They did not hesitate to answer any of our questions and concerns.
