This property had everything we needed (and more) for a wonderful trip to Red River with our family and dog. Check in was extremely easy. Communication with owner/ manager was the best I have encountered with a VRBO property to date. River access was wonderful. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

Five Star Retreat
I loved this trip. We skied in Red River & then enjoyed downtime in this beautiful cabin. My family loved the big TVs & fast internet. I loved how well appointed this cabin is (from trash bags, kitchen supplies, to bathroom supplies). The bedding was high end & felt great! Everything was in good working order. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nice cabin, but needs some TLC
We have stayed at this property twice. Once in 2017 and now again in 2023. The location of the cabin is great and the space that it provides is great for families, but the cabin is in dire need of some updates. The carpet is stained and has not been replaced since our stay in 2017. The upper bedroom ceiling fans do not work so during the day the upstairs is very hot and uncomfortable. The tv in the downstairs bedroom was only able to get one channel. We also noticed that it wasn’t cleaned very well. The pans had crusted food on them and the carpet didn’t seem to have been vacuumed well. Overall considering the cost of this cabin we would not stay again.

Wonderful stay!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. The location was perfect. The home was clean, very well stocked, and the kids really enjoyed the game room and hot tub. The beds were comfy and plenty pillows & blankets were in every room. The homeowner helped us out with some local to-do’s and was very communicative with us. When we come back to Red River, we will definitely stay at this home again. Thanks for sharing your lovely home with us and being so welcoming.

Nice property
The property itself is clean and nice but there was dog hair in the room with the bunk beds. A new pool table should be invested in with the amount of money people are paying to stay here also and the beds are very very uncomfortable. I received no emails or text messages on how to check in I kept having to call to get any information. This property needs to have better communication but thanks Devin to all the help we did receive!

Nice place to stay
The map description of where the house is located in relation to Taos Ski Valley is misleading, which is what led us to rent this property. It was a nice, clean, comfortable house and we had everything we needed. There is no trash pickup so we had to load our trash on our luggage to take it to a dumpster in town. It would’ve been nice to have another way to dispose of the trash besides that.

Christmas Vacation
We booked this property for a ski trip with two families. The day we were to check in the property had no electric. We were not notified until the day of check in while driving several hours from our home. The electric at the rented property had been out all week. During the time we were in Red River we were unable to stay at the property. The available property we stayed in did not meet the same property description and clearly not the PRICE we paid for that week. We had to move multiples nights as the properties we stayed in were already booked. The other family had to stay a much lesser quality property. We were not able to stay together. We were told we would get a refund from the property manager but shortly after this conversation the property manager quit responding to us. No refund was received. VRBO reached out to the manager multiple times with no response. I would be very cautious in booking this property !!! Needless to say our vacation stay/property was terrible.

Wonderful Home
We enjoyed a family gathering for Thanksgiving. The house was stocked with everything we needed. We entered the home to find a Christmas tree and cookies to welcome us. The only recommendation I would make is that house rule include the requirement of no hot tubbing after 9 pm. We found this out after arrival. We had a wonderful time and will definitely recommend this home!
