"Lovely hotel 5minutes walk from central train station and walking distance to many of the sites. Clean room and toilet friendly staff. I would effort use this hotel again"

"On arrival the room thay had allocated was our of service. And had given us a room on the 3rd floor. The hotel has no lift. We both have mobility issues and the owner did not want to put us on the 3rd floor. She tried to arrange a sifferent hotel with a lift at no extra chargebut eas unable to locate one. They then moved 10 people from a 1st floor room to 3 other rooms at their expence so we vould have an easier time. Totally inexpexted amd fantastic outcome to a bad situation. Very impressed. Reception staff very helpful communications where brilliant from start to finish. Would highly recommend. "
