There is not enough room to describe our disappointment. From room assignment, to dirtiness in second room - splatters on wall, dirty linen, hairballs on bathroom floor. Housecleaning services were exceptionally POOR! On our second day, it looks like housecleaning just emptied garbage and fluffed duvets on bed. Bed not remade, pillows a mess, used towels in bathroom not removed/replaced. It took 3 calls to front desk to get something done about it. I could go on, but won’t. They aren’t worth the effort.

Stayed here fir New Years. So easy and conveyancing instead of waiting for a non-existant cab at 2am! Rooms are a little "tired" and could use a refresh. Still good value for the money. Only issue was the NYE concert. I bought 8 tickets assuming I would automatically be assigned a table - nope! Was told theee were no reserved tables... i guess deoending on "who you are!" There were NUMEROUS reserved tables inside the venue. It's not Rocket Science, hooefully they get the events center figured out!

We got to our room and the furnace didnt work had to wait over an hour for them to bring space heater. There was an event going on so we had to park a few blocks away from hotel and get shuttled in because there was no parking for guests. And then i had to walk all the way to our vehicle in the morning. Zero compensation. Definately will be staying elsewhere after this
