Across from tent city. 3 blocks to beach 3 blocks to shopping 3 blocks to bridge to asbury park downtown area. 2 items to know before booking - street parking only as is on most houses in ocean grove however you cannot park in front of the house- about half a block to walk with your stuff if you get a near parking spot. 「Our experience was amazing. We booked the weekend with friends from out of town and enjoyed all the events of Victorian weekend. Great communication with the host and easy check in. We were so surprised and happy to see the house decorated for Christmas. The outside lights,Christmas tree, towels and soaps were such a great surprise. The host left us a note and bottle of wine which was nice a thoughtful touch. It had all the comforts of home Kitchen had everything we needed and some staples...

「I am giving the listing accuracy a four star as the listing was a bit misleading, but the location and value are incredible, so overall its still a 5 star! Note that the coffee area is a common area, as well as the seating areas on the decks, this is a house built into a hotel, multiple suites on each floor. It can be a little creaky and noisy, but the AC was just the right amount of gray noise to ensure a good sleep. They key features are location and value. This house is central to everything...

「We had a wonderful stay at this property. Close to Asbury park beach, restaurants, bars. Property was very clean and the beds were so comfy! We used the fire pit out back and enjoyed the warm weather we had. The only suggestion is to have more dish towels at the property. We really enjoyed ourselves!」

「House is one block from the beach and very close to restaurants. The road it is on is a bit busy, but we did not have any trouble getting out of the driveway. House is comfortable and showers have good water pressure. It was about 20 minutes from the gym where adult son was competing so convenient. Loved walking on the beach. Unfortunately, the bed sheets had not been changed. I washed the sheets for the beds we would be using. I also clean surfaces in bathrooms and kitchen and washed dishes...

「We were gobsmacked with this place. From the appointments, fabulous art, amazing kitchen, and the views, our expectations were exceeded. Our family had a blast here celebrating our matriarch and her life. Thanks so much for such a divine space. 」

「The property was nice , clean and cozy. The owner has got every detail covered like chairs on the porch, fully stocked kitchen, grippers on the stairs, etc. Ample parking space for 2 standard cars. The first floor bathroom has a great shower and the water pressure was perfect. You can walk to the beach and spend good time there too. Overall I would love to go once again ! 」

「There were 17 of us who stayed here, and we had the best time! The house was perfect and the host was the most accommodating. She made the visit so special. The house is very close to the beach and Asbury Park. I cannot wait to stay here again! 」
