"So happy we chose this home for our home away from home for 5 nights. It’s in a great location. Away from everyone. Not far to drive to near by destinations. Plenty of beds for our family of 5. The house is very clean, had all the amenities we needed, very well stocked, very well maintained. The kids enjoyed the basketball court as well! The owner was easy to contact if we had any issues, we accidentally locked a lock we didn’t need to lol. She was very prompt! We will def be choosing this place...

"We loved our weekend at Whimsy in the Woods. I could have spent the entire time gazing out the floor-to-ceiling windows at the woods, birds, and deer. The house was so well stocked - with k-cups, coffee, tea, spices, toiletries, kitchen spray, trash bags, everything you could think of - and our host added some extra special touches like leaving us the makings of s’mores. The hot tub was lovely, the fireplaces super cozy, and the loft was perfect for the kids."

"This property was absolutley amazing and beautiful. The horses were great neighbors and very sweet. The cabin was so comfy and cozy. We kept a fire in the wood stove which made it even more cozy. We got married on oct 16th 2024 and this slice of paridase had us so relaxed. We saw the supermoon hunters moon, some shooting stars, sunrise, and sun and moon in the sky at the same time. The covered wagon was extremely rustic on the outside and then when you walked in, it was a five star hotel. "The charming cabin is located in the prefect place that is secluded in the woods and close to Jim Thorpe’s main drag. The cabin is country and yet contemporary. Well stocked kitchen for your food prep and cooking. The beds extremely comfortable. And the best part is the gas fireplace with the recliner sofa in front of it. Nothing better than an after dinner drink watching TV in front of a warm fire. We plan on renting this place again. "

"We had a great 3 week stay at the Sanctuary of the Swan. Kimberly and Dennis were great hosts. We Stayed in the apt. Above the Garage and we’re working nights at Limerick power station. It was quiet and peaceful during the day so we had no trouble sleeping. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others."

"The home was very nice. It definitely could use some minor fixes and updates. Light switches had painters tape with instructions on them. The living room heat didn’t work as well as the bedroom heat. This caused the bedroom to be very warm or the living room to be cold. The jet tub in the master bedroom didn’t work.
