"We filtered our hotel choices by those with parking but when we arrived we were told it was full. We had to scramble for parking. Street parking has a 2 hour limit until 7pm. Scary old elevator for two persons max, scary exposed wiring. Extremely hard double bed in our room, with a twin as well. Small bathroom but at least we had one. Could certainly use a new shower curtain. Dirty old carpets. Adequate breakfast, very Portuguese style. Great location. "

"Location great. Room ok. Staff pleasant but… This place has the worst breakfast we have ever had anywhere in the world. Hotel staff intimate they have outsourced it to the shack at the back of hotel. They haven’t, it is owned & run by same hotel. Breakfast consists of half a glass of orange (if they have it), a bowl of fruit consisting of 1/2 grape, yes 1/2 grape, a slice of kiwi fruit finely chopped, and a small piece of melon finely chopped. "Property was in a good location. The hotel rooms and corridors need upgrading.. Room 707 was called a superior room but fell below that standard. No pictures or decorations. A very small television on a bare wall. No drawers to hold anything, only two narrow closets. An annexe to the room was bare except a for a bench seat. No safe."

"Nice hotel within walking distance to lots in Lisbon. Street parking is available, we were lucky enough to find a spot right out front. The rooms are on the older side, however everything is clean. They offered a great complimentary sit down breakfast."
