Enjoy your stay in this newer Rangeley Lake rental home with all of the amenities less than two miles from downtown Rangeley and minutes from Saddleback Mountains. Great amenities including shared waterfront area with The Terraces cottage community, including dock, decks, and paddle boat.

All linens are laundered at an offsite facility and new linens and towels are brought in for every guest's stay. The entirety of our housekeeping processes meet and exceed all CDC cleaning guidelines. If you have any questions/concerns, please reach out to our office for more information.

For your convenience: Our housekeepers will leave a check in packet with area information for you at the property. Also included at the rental are paper products, trash bags, dish soap and hand soap. Guests are asked to bring their own toiletries for their stay.

Ski getaway

Beautiful views, clean and well stocked with everyday essentials for kitchen and bath. Shirt trip to the mountain so we had a wonderful day of skiing followed by sunset views and gas fireplace.

This place is heaven

Such a charming property! It is clear this is a loved home with so many sweet amenities, not to mention the amazing views. Perfect location, perfect everything and the management company was very on top of things. Rent this place, you won’t regret it!

Long weekend in Rangeley

The lodge was immaculately kept and had everything we needed. Loved the deck, the screened porch and the oversized sofa and chair on the main floor. Would definitely come again!

Beautiful vacation home

We stayed here for a ski trip to Saddleback. The home is absolutely beautiful and was well suited for our two families (4 adults, 4 kids). Stunning views of Rangeley Lake and also close to Saddleback. Highly recommend!

Mini Winter Vacation

This was a perfect rental for 2 couples to stay and would be great for a family with kids, too. The home was clean, comfortable and as advertised. The owners had stocked it with everything you could need. The location was great, close to downtown for shopping and dining and close to Saddleback too. We went cross country skiing and snowshoeing, walked out on the lake and sometimes just relaxed by the fire. It was the perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Stayed here after our rental was unavailable after the big freeze broke pipes in the house. Booked the unit in less than 24 hours. Great house and location. We only used one floor of three. Great house for couples or family. Lots of space. Looking forward to a return trip.

Rangeley Lake House

Overall, the booking was easy, we asked to adjust dates and the manager was very easy to work with. The house was as outlined overall. There was some odor upon arrival, properties like this should be aired out ahead of any visit. Once we opened the windows, we were able to get things aired out relatively quickly. Overall, very comfortable and nice location.

Ski at Saddleback, Sleep at the Terraces

Beautiful place with hardwood floors and knotty pine wall boards throughout. We loved the easy access to the place, the modern appliances, the stone countertops, views of Rangeley Lake, and the well-stocked kitchen. (So nice to have spices, sugar and all sorts of miscellaneous ingredients handy.) The price was right, too. Here's what I would add to make it 5 stars: a couple more degrees in the water to make it a really hot shower (although the people using the downstairs shower said that wasn't a problem), a bidet, a wooden coffee table where I could rest my coffee cup, a book of poetry on your bookshelf.

I would recommend this rental, great location close to skiing and downtown. Check in is easy and the house had a great view of lake. Although it was only 3 bedrooms there was plenty of room to spread out between the two floors.

Great spot on Rangeley Lake

We had a great trip to Rangeley and really enjoyed the Terraces, the cabin was very nice. Great kitchen and porches with plenty of room for everyone. The only drawback was the rowboat that was available to get your boat off the moorings. The rowboat is very small and unstable if you're 6' tall and 200 pounds so it made getting the boat a bit of a challenge.

Beautiful cabin

This was exactly as described, and just the relaxing weekend we needed. Living area and bedrooms were great. When we had a WiFi issue it was resolved very quickly by the property manager. Piano was a fun bonus. Land from house to lake is very steep but they have done a good job of making it usable.

Postcard Perfect

Wanted to take family to newly opened Saddleback to ski, and for fat biking @ Rangeley Trails Center. This spot perfectly located 5 minutes from town and 15 minutes from Saddleback. Had an amazing time at this property. Its spacious, clean, beautiful location. A true gem. Have tried 10-12 Maine properties on VRBO for short vacation and this is definitely top 1-2. Awesome experience. Can't miss vacation spot.

a tree-house by the lake

This house is new construction but has a the charm of an old cabin. Thoughtful amenities like full baths on two levels, a gas fireplace controlled by a thermostat, lights on motion detector in the front hall, satellite TV on two floors, are unobtrusive and merely there to make your stay more comfortable. The kitchen is state of the art and well-equipped. The lower floor can be a self-contained apartment, should you choose to use it that way, complete with huge screened porch, kitchenette, bath, and of all things a grand piano! The thing that makes this house unique if its verticality. Three very comfortable floors which take full advantage of its location on a steep bank of Greenvale Cove. You peer out through the trees looking over the lake and can marvel at the sunsets. One doesn't have a full view down the length of the lake, but Greenvale Cove is wide enough that you know you're on a large body of water, and the houses across the way are few and distant. Just a twinkle or two at night-time. It is a less than five minute drive to the IGA (very convenient) and just slightly more to the center of town.

Fall escape

Loved the close access to the lake for swimming and kayaking. Lots of choices to go out to eat or simply stay in and cook together. Hiking during peak color time was breath taking. Lots of fun outdoor activities nearby as well.

This place was an amazing stay for our anniversary. It was not only a beautiful home but clean and comfortable as well. There was so much do everyday. We hiked, kayaked, relaxed on the dock and on both porches. The town was quaint, cute and the people were very friendly. We will definitely be going back!

Beautiful Cabin

We had a great time on memorial weekend. The cabin is nice, clean and has everything and more then you can imagine. The driveway is a little tight with full size truck and the hill to the water.
