"Great historical hotel, beautiful place, really enjoyed staying there. Great location, so close to lots of trails, amazing park. What I did not like much: quality and variety of meals at the restaurant was not great. The hotel has just one restaurant, it is expensive, but the meals are not good enough for me, did not enjoy them as much. And very limited vegetarian options."

The staff were all very friendly and helpful and we were able to do lots of various walks around the hotel. We enjoyed dining at the restaurant and sitting by the huge open fire on a cold day. "

"My wife and I loved our time here with our newborn son for our 4-year anniversary trip. The cabin worked perfectly for us, close to many hiking trails and natural areas, and was close to town for us to grab any last-second groceries. Bonus pro-tip: there's a short walk through the woods from the cabin that gets you to the river. Gorgeous area. We hope to be back again next year!"
