Dear Hotel Management,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the condition of my recent stay at your hotel. The room was unfortunately not up to standard. There were noticeable stains on the chairs, and one of them had accumulated dirt and debris under the cushion. Additionally, the room's floor was unclean and emitted an unpleasant odor, as if it had been mopped with a greasy substance. Due to these conditions, my husband and I felt it necessary to purchase our own towels and bedding to ensure a more comfortable stay.
Furthermore, there was a family with young children staying in the lobby area, which created a rather chaotic and noisy environment.
Despite these issues, I would like to acknowledge that the front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful.
I hope you will take my feedback seriously and address these concerns to improve the experience for future guests.
