We enjoyed every minute of our stay here. We traveled to NC to celebrate our son's 5th birthday at the museum of life and science and the property was only 11 minutes away from the venue which was perfect. Check in was easy and it was spacious enough to accommodate our family. We enjoyed hanging out on the deck sharing laughs with our family. Thank you so much Richard for making our trip amazing.

Wonderful
The house is beautiful and just as pictured. Richard responded to my messages quickly and with lots of details. He also thought of everything that I may have forgotten such as razors, toothbrushes, and body wash. The fridge had some stuff as well. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to my friends and family.

The house was perfect for our needs. The only issue (not a complaint) is the Keurig didn't work. We found the french press to be better for us anyway. And the door would not lock when we left. We followed directions and tried multiple times.

Home away from home
Great home away from home. Being able to cook breakfast for my Champs! before a long day of Duke Basketball camp was great. Centrally located to everything you may need. We ate out a few days, did a Wal-Mart run and worried about nothing. Richard checked in with us to ensure us he was available but we didnt need anything. The house was fully prepared with backup everything you can think of. Each kid had their own room with TV to retreat to and unwind in their own way, which helps this parent's peace of mind. Would definitely stay again without a doubt. And will check for next year's camp week unless we need more rooms.

Weekend getaway
The house was as portrayed on the site. We had enough space for my husband and two adult daughters and infant grandson to rest comfortably. We especially liked how well stocked the kitchen pantry and bathroom cabinets were with some food essentials and personal products. The house was conveniently located to downtown Durham and Duke University.

Everything was smooth and fantastic! The host was absolutely amazing great communication, everything was amazing we loved our stay there we definitely will be booking again for our next trip love love love the little snack basket we couldn’t eat everything but it definitely was amazing as well house had enough room more than enough loved sitting outside on the porch just relaxing and talking especially at night it’s lovely !

This place was perfect for our stay! My kids absolutely loved it. There was plenty of supplies, and plenty of space. Weather wouldn't allow us the chance to utilize the outside space, but it really looked comfortable. This is a place we'll for on our next trip.

Fabulous property! Fabulous host!
Our host, Richard, went above and beyond in every aspect of being a perfect VRBO owner and host. The house was beautiful and totally stocked with everything from food, snacks, linens, to toiletries. We have never stayed at a VRBO where we literally just needed our clothes. My husband was having some major surgeries at Duke and Richard was so gracious and caring about our situation. We asked for a few extra things, because of these surgeries, and he said yes, without a second thought. His concern about my husband was humbling. From the house, it’s just a quick 10 minute trip to Duke Hospital. House, host and price, we give each 10 stars. Thank you so much Richard! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Cute and Clean House
This was a great, clean, well done house. A group of old friends stayed here for a weekend and it fit the bill. Plenty of space for hanging out and catching up. The only problem we had was getting an uber to come get us on a Saturday night. The neighborhood is "up and coming" and off the beaten path so we were unable to arrange transportation. We sorted things out, but it would have been best had we more easily been able to get downtown. Other than that, it was a fabulous price for the property and the owners were great and responsive!

Amazing Home!
From a host to another host, this property is nothing less than perfect! The pictures are very accurate and the home was extremely clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need. There were so many little touches they included to make you feel right at home. We will definitely plan another trip just to stay here again!
