Aufenthalt in Villa mealli

Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist katastrophal. Das Haus war nur teilweise gereinigt. 1 Bett im Obergeschoss war nicht frisch bezogen. Im Obergescgoss gab es keine Töpfe, keine Pfannen, keine Gläser kein Geschirr. In der Küche waren alle Schränke leer. Im Obergeschoss gab es 4 Tage kein heißes Wasser zum duschen. Die Toilettensvhüssel und das Waschbecken wackelten. Im Untergeschoss war die Kaffemascine verschimmelt. Die Couch und der Sessel waren durchgesessen und nicht benutzbar. Die Toilettenschüssel wackelt und die Küchenunterschränke waren verschmutzt. Im Außenbereich sind die Bodenflisen am Pool gesprungen und bargen ein großes Verletzungspotential. Der Poolboy war kein einziges Mal zur Reingung gekommen. Der Wasserspiegel fiel während unserer Zeit um 15 cm gefallen. Deshalb funktionierte die Umwälzanlage nicht richtig. An der Gartenlounge war das Dach zerfetzt und hing in Einzelteilen herunter. Unter einem Liegestuhl lag ein alter, vergammelter Socken ein früheren Bewohners. Alle Boden in dem Erdgeschossappartement waren von angeklebtem Schmutz überzogen. Es wurde hier sicherlich nie ordentlich der Boden gereinigt. Kakerlaken fanden wir in allen Räumen. Die Stühle im Erdgeschoss sind unter dem Sitz mit Spinnweben überzogen und bestimmt über Monate hinweg nicht gereinigt. Müllabfuhr ist in den zwei Wochen auch nicht gekommen. Die Mülltrennung wurde unserem Empfingen nach durchgeführt. Wir mussten am Abreisetag den Müll vor die Mülltonnen stellen. Eine sehr schlechte Unterkunft

Tilava huoneisto kauniilla ja rauhallisella maaseudulla. Oma uima-allas ja hevoset laidunsivat naapuritontilla. Kaikki sujui majoituksen osalta muuten mukavasti, mutta saimme vasta paikan päällä tietää, että lämmityskustannukset eivät kuuluneet hintaan. Kaasu on italiassa kallista ja jos kelit eivät olisi lämmenneet ja emme olisi pystyneet lämmittämään takalla, lisäkustannus olisi ollut aika suuri. Meille myös ilmoitettiin varausta tehtäessä, ettei takkaa voi käyttää, mutta onneksi perillä selvisi, että se ei pitänyt paikkansa. Paikan päällä yhteyshenkilönä toimi Rita, joka oli erittäin mukava ja auttavainen. Pienistä haasteista ja hankaluuksista huolimatta oikein ihana viikko.
