“I stayed in the tower suite for two nights. The suite was very clean with modern design. Beds were very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. ”

“The house has a stunning lake view and is only 5 minutes away from the town, where you can find all kinds of activities, restaurants and shops. Inside the house, it is clean and tiny. The administration team also responded very promptly. ”

“I was staying for 2 nights , the secobd night , There were some problems. 1:The light bulbs were flickering randomly in the living room, need to turn off and on for few times. 2 : I wanted to take a bath, but I wasn't sure if the blue bottle is for the bath. The receptionist came to see it, but he was not very sure as well and told me better not to use it, so i couldn't take a bath , and the next day , when I checked out , they told me oh yes it's for bath :( Feel very disappointed about……

“选择这间酒店作为我目的地婚礼使用的酒店是经过一番选择的，但实际住宿体验并不很满意。最大的问题在于热水供应。在我们没有做饭洗衣服使用热水，仅使用了一次洗碗机的情况下，当晚我们6个人入住，我是第四个洗澡，洗到一半突然没有了热水。第二天是我的婚礼，我不得不用冷水冲走泡沫，而我的老公当晚没有热水洗澡。而由于晚上8点后，客服电话就不会再有人接听，我们没办法得到任何帮助。虽然第二天客服很快回复说热水系统正常，可能我们白天用热水太多，但我们觉得难以接受。这间酒店注意事项很多，我们尽力遵守每一条，但一本书的注意事项，都不能提醒一下热水的使用问题吗？如果酒店可以允许6人入住，但一使用任何热水，就不够洗澡，我觉得非常不合理。在之后的几天，我们几乎不敢在洗澡以外的时候使用任何热水。”

“Opposite to the bus stop from airport and close to downtown and main pier. Room size is big. The hotel is one of the pick up locations for my Milford sound trip. Providing slippers and toothbrush is a plus.”

“It’s amazing view there. We enjoy stays there for few days….the only one thing would share is the lock box can’t open during self check in but luckily we had Savanah came to share the master key and she also present a compensation for such inconvenience. That’s good.”

“the rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. most of the staff were helpful. we did encounter one staff at the reception who seemed more cool and did not bother to smile. otherwise, the staff at the activities counter were all very helpful in booking various activities.”
