"I want to say a special thank you to the staff at the front desk. Especially upon check in on September 19th around 130pm. I arrived early for a conference and had to teach a class online. After I asked where a coffee shop with WiFi might be - they told me not to worry and checked me in early. Hassle free. I can't express how important that was to me. I was expecting to be told check in was a few hours away. Everything else was great too. Clean rooms , the staff helped with directions and was always so kind. It was exactly what I needed for the purpose of my stay. Thank you again. "

"Great downtown location, easy walk to the old town. Clean spacious room with kitchenette. Basic breakfast was included and suffient to start the day. Close to metro and about 15 min walk to Via rail station. 747 bus to the airport is about 2 min walk from the hotel."

"Very nice hotel and staff, only wish the restaurant would have opened for dinner and bar. We didn't expect so many homeless people to be out at night but I suppose that's to be expected in any large coty. Despite that we loved Montréal. Will absolutely visit again!"
