“Fantastic stay from start to finish. A special thanks to the lady on reception who went the extra mile for us during our stay - checking us in early when we arrived first thing to drop our bags off and booking us a taxi to the airport the next day. Great location, room was clean and well equipped. Breakfast was okay but worth noting that only the cereal and toast were buffet style everything else was made to order. ”

“Hotel lobby is pretty new and grand for a 3-4 star hotel. The hotel staff are helpful and nice. It's a nice choice if you are traveling in the Belfast City Airport. But the housekeeping service is a bit messy.”
