"We enjoyed our stay very much in Hanoi area. The hotel is conveniently located and you can walk everywhere around the Old Quarter. Our room was facing the busy road which is noisy but it quiets down quite a bit in the later evenings and overnight. The people working here are fantastic. Very friendly and helpful at the front desk and at the travel agent counter. We booked Halong Bay and transportation to and from through this travel agency.
