Had to use a phone left on the check-in desk to let someone to come down to get us check-in. The women that showed up sloppy dressed, coughing Only spoke when needed. Morn was okay but not like Ramada of the old days parking lot was littered. The upside was the room was clean beds were fine. Worth what we paid and needed. Morning staff member told us to leave the keys on the counter. She was well kept and very friendly

The pictures on-line vs what you see when you get there...Furniture is not only outdated, but the wood is worn and shows through the black paint on most pieces, the hot tubs handles were removed, the rugs may never have been stretched; literally 2-3" ripples ALL over the room. When we turned on the water in the bathroom and shower, it blew air, then spit water. The bathroom sink leaked onto your feet while using the basin. The common areas haven't seen care for over a decade. The ladies room in the lobby had an out of service sign, but staff assured us it was fine. They just do that to keep out riff-raff. The pool was out of service, and our bill was printed on the back of an old guest ledger sheet. We were given names, dates, room numbers, rates, and total bill pricing for some 8-10 guests from December 2021. The restaurant does not appear to have been in business for years. They take deposits on the keys for your room (was returned several days later) and for all of the "waivers" you have to initial to be good citizens when you check in, they seem to have no problem with weed being smoked everywhere. Including no smoking rooms. The bed was uncomfortable. Bedding was stained. The best thing we can say is, the parking was free.

The room was dirty. The couch in the room has lots of white stains... gross! Not to mention last minute fees for to make sure we didn't cause any damage to the place. If they are charging us to make sure we don't cause any damage then I expect a clean, well maintained room.

The process of checking in was efficient and effortless. Upon arrival to my room, i noticed there was mold in the bathtub and a roach came from the sink drain. I had a hold on my card, so i was unable to just check out and be able to check into another hotel due to these issues. I notified the staff and they said housekeeping would take care of it while i was away running errands. I came back to the room and there were no bugs, but there was still mold in the tub, untouched. So, being the clean person that i am, i sprayed it down with bleach and let it sit for a while to resolve that issue. Over the course of my stay other issues arrived, which is understandable, but the lack of communication and accountable between the staff was what drew the line for me. The guest dryer was broken and i was told by the male staff member that they would dry my clothes in the staff laundry room for the inconvenience. When i came to the front desk for the next shift, they had no idea what the male staff was talking about, so i ended up having to go to a laundry mat. There were several nights/days in which the hot water in the room was not working. I notified staff and the issue was resolved after a few days. I work long shifts and to come to my room with no hot water to shower was a huge inconvenience. On the day of check out, i asked for a late check out to bridge the gap between the check in time for the hotel that i transferred to. I would not return to this hotel due to the inconvenience.

I DONT RECOMMEND!!!!
Customer Service was absolutely terrible. It took almost a hour to check in. First room I stayed in 309 didn't have hot water. Notified front desk. My second day at the hotel no hot water still, I moved rooms due to hotel staff stating that the side of the building my room was on didnt have hot water.Hotel staff then moved me to the other side of the building which is room 329. No hot water in the second room. I notified staff. I'm homeless and my options are limited. The prices at the Ramada are cheap , but it isn't worth the stay
