Qatar Pet-friendly Hotel

"The hotel and staff were fabulous. The lobby area is grand and even has a pianist playing at certain times during the day which is a classy touch. The only service related issue I had was that at breakfast the service was hit and miss in that tea and coffee or omlette orders could be slow in arriving at the table or may not arrive at all and we had to reorder. "We had an average stay at InterContinental City. We booked a Junior suite for the kitchen depicted on photos as we have a young baby and need to cook. But turned out there was no kitchen in the room. We were moved to a bigger suite with kitchen, but no view. Some of the staff were excellent (Innocent) but other were really not helpful. One turned away our delivery order. Then, the manager on duty was unresponsive and absent-minded. I was not impressed with how the management dealt with...
