「It is an amazing and beautiful hotel. We met the most nice staff there. Every staff we met and chatted are very kind and helpful. The services we received from the chief concierge Mr. Mimouni Youssef and Mr. Ankit from laundry depot are very impressed. They are knowledgeable and professional. We enjoyed our stay with them as well as the hotel very much.」

「Der var meget bilstøj på værelset, og det var slidt. Men beliggenhed tæt på det gamle kvarter, og prisen kompenserer for det. Restauranten var virkelig god, og den bedste mad vi fik i Oman på en 11 dages rundtur. 」

「Everything were fine. only one drawback: the music of the hotel bar is incredibly noisy, which made me couldn't sleep. I complained to front desk, and they switched off the music.」

「The staff were all kind and it was a comfortable hotel. There was an Indian restaurant on-site so there was no problem with food, and the location was good, just 15-20 minutes walk from Mutrah Souq. As it is an old hotel, the toilets and shower rooms were a bit dirty. Overall, it was excellent value for money.」

「We love this hotel. The location is ideal for those needing to be close to a mall and there are many other shops nearby. The staff is great at making you feel welcome and the food is good.Best of all is how clean this hotel is. My one complaint is that last time we booked a room for two yet there was only towel for one in the bathroom. We called down to report the oversight and were promised more towels but no one came.」

「Wir waren im Royal Tulip Muscat nur eine Nacht. Für uns war das Hotel praktisch da wir am nächsten Tag zum Flughafen wollten und wir das Auto bereits zurückgegeben hatten.」
