"Elaine’s was a great place to celebrate a milestone birthday with friends! With four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and the option of a pull out couch and air mattress, we had room for multiple adults to be comfortable. The large and well-equipped kitchen and big dining room table were perfect for collaborating on meals and playing games. We enjoyed pizza from Fire on Fifth and day hikes at Starved Rock. We recommend Elaine’s for a group celebration or holiday!"

"Based on the pictures you would think this was a simple but very nice home. However, once we checked in, just from the outside you could tell it has not been kept up. The deck is worn and weeds and trees are growing along side it. Inside, there were numerous things wrong, including a strong smell of cat pee that was in the hallway and got stronger in the bedroom. "We saw some earwigs and were killing them so I think a pest control visit is in order. The king bed was very hard and not comfortable. The water in the bathroom when running down the sink smelled awful. Other than that the stay was geat the environment was cool and the property managemnrt team was informative quick and very nice. "

"This well-appointed, clean, comfortable house was perfect for our week in LaSalle, IL...And less than 15 min. drive to both parks! Elaine has provided many amenities and it was a treat to return from long hiking days to a home with plenty of task lighting, good water pressure, plenty of hot water, and comfy furniture. We cooked two meals and had every kitchen item we needed. We also enjoyed spending time in the town of LaSalle which has a lot of history. I would definitely stay at this home...

"The property was as listed. Excellent cleanliness. We stayed with our dogs and there were bowls, treats and toys left for them. Property is on a busy street but noise was not a concern inside the home. Would gladly stay there again if we are in the area. "

Jim's property and space is absolutely amazing, huge deck area by the pond with feeding the fish was awesome including ample space in the garage to play washers & games when it got too cold out. "before arriving contacted property manager, asked about kitchen, was told i would have everything i would need to prepare a meal. Found no bakeware, or microwave ware, no measuring cups or spoons, only 4 forks and knives, 4 bowls, no strainer, no hand soap, garbage bags. Pots and pans that were there were dirty, all needed to be cleaned. The entire place was dirty, needs a deep cleaning.
