I was very pleased with two of the serving staffers, Donna and Christian, in the New Market dining facility. They were very courteous and accommodating. I developed a head cold while there and Donna, without any prompting, brought hot tea at each meal. Christian followed up with hot water as needed. This was greatly appreciated.

It was a great trip and a good location and resort for a family of 5. The resort was clean and definitely pretty, but for a recently renovated report, you could tell they didn't do everything the right way. For instance, in the case of mold or wall stains, they just painted over it instead of removing it. It left the rooms smelling musty. The food options were pretty good, a little disappointed you could not get any food or drink service to the beach or pool.

Hotel grounds are well designed and maintained. Beach is gorgeous and great for small kids. Food was just ok - over cooked proteins, food generally needs some kick (seasoning, spices)- we liked least Italian and most buffet and Brazilian restaurants. White wine offered with all inclusive is absolutely not drinkable. Service was disorganized and slow with multiple staff members going after each other but not paying attention to customers. Rooms are large and everything is convenient.Room cleaning was great, but we had towels and bed linens with holes and lumpy/musty pillows. The bed linens and towels evidentially seen many years and do not meet expectations of 5 stars hotel.

This hotel is phenomenal and the staff omg are awesome. I highly recommend the hotel. One recommendation I could have will be the show should be for all nationalities. But any way the people are super good as well.

Overall a nice stay. Hotel and grounds were lovely and lots of staff working to keep things looking tidy. Only 1 buffet was not ideal... Often jam packed. Food was okay with the typical so so tasting food. Everything was edible but not necessarily delicious. A la carte were quite good. Don't expect exceptional service. There were some stand out wonderful staff though. Rosemary at front desk. Emmanuel at the Italian restaurant.

The overall property was beautiful from the grounds to the interior design of the resort and rooms. The food was good. Everyone was accommodating. I had no issues with the resort at all. Room was superb in cleaning each day. I loved the coffee shop. I was disappointed I couldn’t get reservations at some of the restaurants especially on my birthday. I did make it to one and it was very good! The Fogo restaurant. Overall I enjoyed the resort.

I went in with high expectations. The property itself is OK. All the food options were not great and didn’t taste good either. Most of the staff is unfriendly. We ran into a couple awesome people on staff, but most were not that friendly. If you wanna lose 10 pounds, I suggest going into the resort, my family of three got sick via food and/or water. I was unable to leave the bathroom for 3 1/2 days. My spouse and four-year-old both got sick a couple days later with the same symptoms but were less affected. We thought my toddler was in the clear after throwing up all night but think again a couple days later, which was yesterday as we were about to leave. She got super sick again and it was coming out both ends. Probably the most stressful 13 hours of travel we’ve ever experienced. From what I’ve read, getting sick is a hit or miss at all the resorts. I think it’s best to spend the extra money for somewhere of a higher quality.

We had a great stay! Staff made it so much more memorable, Wellington at the swim up bar always remembered our drinks and the staff at the platinum club were great! Augustin always taking care of us during breakfast! I will say paying the extra for platinum was worth it because the breakfast and lunch was soooo much better than the Buffett. Food is good in the specialty restaurants for dinners and they had the 24h sports bar which was nice as well.
