"The property and location are excellent, and we were overall very satisfied with both the accommodations and the services provided. However, there were a couple of areas where we felt improvements could be made. Firstly, the lack of a dedicated desk for booking tourist activities was a bit disappointing. "We ordered a fish&chips on the swimming pool, caught by the rain, tried to take back to room, but the bowl couldn’t take away which was reasonable. We just back to the room with no issues.And hotel rang us and prepared another take away fish&chips and send to our room. Appreciate for the consideration and taking care of us for such a small thing. Strong recommend, kid has kid’s slippers and and own bathrobe. Start loving Ritz Carlton "

"1st room was nice but service elevator adjacent to the room was extremely noisy and a/c was a bit dodgy, bed was comfortable. 2nd room we moved to after asking to move was a few floor higher, and on the opposite side of the service elevator, nicer room layout and quieter but bed not as comfortable, nice large mirror in room was good."

"Check in was easy, we were able to check into our room early, as we just arrived from a cruise, we had an early start prior to our arrival at the hotel. It was an added surprise to learn that the hotel was adjacent to a couple of malls with many restaurants to choose from. Retail stores were open and being decorated for the Chinese New Year events….we loved it! There were also designer stores just a short taxi ride away. Hotel location is very convenient & close to Marina Bay attractions. ...

"The staff at the hotel were super friendly and helpful. The location is also brilliant if you want to walk to different areas in the city during your stay. We walked to Arab Street, China Town, Little India and Marina Bay Sands easily from our hotel. The pool area is nice, although was a bit hard to get a lounger in the afternoons. The gym is quite small but adequately equipped. We did have a drunk person ring our hotel room bell at 5am one morning which was a bit annoying, but I don't...
