Very family friendly, good food, friendly staff, delicious Pina Coladas, the beach and pool were fantastic! Only thing I would change is the coffee situation, the coffee shop has very good coffee, so there is always a line. I would have been happy to be able to fill up a paper cup with brewed coffee in the morning.

The room was very clean. Most of Staffs were very polite. The weakness of property: Did not have entertainment. There were a lot of entertainments in other Mexico properties that I visited before. Getting a liquor was very good and fast, but I had to waited usually about half our to have one coffee in the hotel.

Villa Del Palmar is a great place and its workers are amazing. I love the all inclusive option. However the rooms are outdated; toilets are too old, bathrooms counters kitchenette counters are outdated. They need to have nightly theme shows instead of kareoke, game nights, movie nights, lip singing night, and other small nightly shows that are not too enticing to all. Other than that. I loved the cleanliness, service, and helpfulness.

Villa Del Palmar is a great place and its workers are amazing. I love the all inclusive option. However the rooms are outdated; toilets are too old, bathrooms counters kitchenette counters are outdated. They need to have nightly theme shows instead of kareoke, game nights, movie nights, lip singing night, and other small nightly shows that are not too enticing to all. Other than that. I loved the cleanliness, service, and helpfulness.

We really had a good time at this hotel, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The food options for all inclusive was great, especially for us since we don’t eat pork..they didn’t have a lot pork items they had enough sea food options and enough veggie options. My family had a really great time.

The staff are hard working, very happy and love working here. This makes for a wonderful atmosphere for all of us guests. The food is excellent with a wide variety. Only wish the bars stayed open later than 10:30 pm. Wifi is great.
