We love this place so much. Weve stayed here 5 plus times now, the reason for my 4 star is that the rooms really need some attention. Even new curtains would help tremendously. And for some reason the usually extremely friendly staff all seemed really disgruntled and unhappy this time. Overall, I'll Definitelybe back. The location for this property just can't be beat, and the food is really good.

When we checked in to our room we were very disappointed with the condition of our room. In the morning we went to the front desk to voice or concern and they were very happy to upgrade our room to a newly renovated room. Once we switched rooms we were very happy and the condition of the new room was great. This made a world of difference.

We were very disappointed in our room. I booked a “superior” room, but didn’t feel it was superior at all. We had to switch rooms as the first room we were in was dirty, noisy and dreary. The second room was a bit better. Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Getting a lounge by the pool was impossible unless you were down there by 7:00 am. The only plus was the area. Lots of lovely restaurants.

The room was basic but very clean. Staff very courteous. The pool area and beach were lovely. We didn’t go the all inclusive route. We had 3 breakfasts at the hotel - good buffet. Watch out for the pigeons in the oats and granola. Overall a nice place to stay

The Maid was fantastic. Hotel staff was actively cleaning and staff was always around. Very safe area. Food was good in Hotel. Can walk out in the streets and has everything you need within 2-3 blocks. Street Venders, Shopping, Laundry, Pharmacy, Corner store, Pizza, Burgers, Ice Cream etc all in a 3 block radius. Beach is good but not an easy swim trying to get out of water at times. Some areas of beach have an abundance of rocks. Walking the Malacon is very safe and great for venders and shops. Los Arcos is safe for Famlies and Senior Couples. If you are Single and Straight and looking to go out and have a good time this area might not be for you to meet someone as it is predominately a Gay area. All in all Hotel was a good spot.
