"The resort is kid friendly. Helpful friendly staff. - Entertainment in the lobby should be every night. - More umbrellas are need in the pool areas. Some were in poor condition. Need umbrellas for every 3 lounge chairs. - Should be able to book cabanas and lounge chairs daily at a reservation desk. Did not come to a vacation resort to have to get up at 4:00 am to go and block pool seating for the day with my towels. - Your website should not advertise amenities that are not available...

"Dreams Sapphire Resort and Spa was an excellent resort. We were lucky enough to get rooms which were close to all of the facilities. Staff was excellent! Food was good and there were many choices of restaurants. The Spa was fabulous! Had a great time! "
