"The Great George is a beautiful property with lovely antique furniture, a well appointed and comfortable lounge and lobby, and comfortable beds. It is pristine clean, and the front desk staff were lovely. The continental breakfast includes hot items and everything is well presented and tasty. I highly recommend this hotel."

"It would have been nice to know that there were renovations going on, and maybe that should’ve been reflected in the room rate. Also, the floor in the men’s change room at the pool is absolutely filthy, according to the bottom of my feet. Wear flip-flops or something. Other than that, the property is excellent. Great bed, great room, great breakfast, excellent sleep, not dry and good temperature."

"Absolutely beautiful hotel rooms! And the cleanliness is next level compared to any other place we’ve stayed. Front desk staff were quite friendly and knew what we needed before we did. The parking situation was odd, we had to park in a parkade and walk through a mall. I believe this was only because it was winter time and there was a snow clearing order by the city so we couldn’t park on the street. Would recommend to anybody!"

"Beautiful property, clean, very well appointed rooms. Coffee is Nespresso and they have actual cream in the fridge! Walking distance to terrific restaurants. It was a really great experience. "
