"Worst customer service ever, they gave the door codes to me at 9:35pm on the 2nd and they were meant to be sent at 11am on the 1st (24 hours before check in).... so i was stuck without somewhere to stay 15000km from home. Not only this but the numner they gave me was actually for a hospital in Zagreb... After all that I tried to get some sort of refund from them and they blatently refused. Lying saying they sent email on time but I even sent myself test emails to make sure mailbox was working....

"There was an extremely ugly incident displayed towards me by apt Manager. She foul- mouthed me by using the profanity “fxxk” word, because of the confusion over the front door issue. She also chased after me to accuse me taking her door stopper. Then I went back into the apt to show her where the door stopper was. We are honest people, I was extremely upset over these two issues. "We've had a great time at this house in Knapic. It is located in the hills and has a breathtaking view over green fields. The pool is big enough, private and above all clean. The owners of the house are very nice and friendly. They make sure that you're stay has no shortcomings. We will definitely go back."

Seul point négatif de la maison ,mais malheureusement important ,la literie est très mauvaise pas confortable et si on mesure plus de 1m80 les lits sont trop petits .
