Cozy Getaway in Prescott
Ken is a hands on, generous and kind host who took care of our every need. This is a cute and cozy studio in the most amazing location to be on foot all weekend in historical downtown Prescott and just a short drive from beautiful hiking and lakes. We had an amazing weekend!!

All was very nice a little musty at first overall was convenient for our needs. Recommend extra blanket or throw for the front room. Most VRBOs have coffee and sugar. 🙂. We would stay again. Thank you.

Great weekend getaway
This place was perfect for a couple's getaway. A small apartment with everything you need. We loved the fact that Its like a 10min walk to Whiskey Row, the restaurant's and shops downtown. Will definitely stay here again.

If you are going to stay here - what to bring with you
All in all it's a nice place to stay. The caveats are. No coffee provided. There is a coffee pot and filters. Bring all your own toiletries. None were provided. One of the bath towels had two small holes in it. It still dried good though. Hopefully the fan in the refrigerator and the fan in the AC unit will be repaired/replaced. They both made loud noises which made it a little difficult to sleep.

Very comfortable and close to Old Town Prescott!
Wonderful place to stay for a week in Prescott! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything I needed. It is located a few blocks from the Courthouse Square, with lots of dining, entertainment, and shopping nearby. The property is just as described, and the host emailed helpful information prior to my arrival. I hope to stay here during my next Prescott trip!

Great location and quiet neighborhood. 5 minute walk to downtown square. Host was very accommodating with access to areas needed for storage. Extra essentials (not just 1 roll of toilet paper and other cleaning products) were provided which was very helpful!. Great rate for extended stay, I was there 1 month.

Prescott in the winter
Great stay in the Studio on Nob Hill. We were able to enjoy some winter weather on our stay this year. Lots of snow! We enjoyed staying in and getting out to all the places we like to visit. Ken's studio is close to the center of town. Just a walk in to town. Another Great week in Prescott!

Great Location, Nice Unit
Really liked how close to Downtown it was. We stayed for over a month and rarely used our car. Unit is small but very functional for 2 people. Host was great, though we only talked/texted a few times because everything was set up and functioned well.

28 day stay here
Positives - close to town. Cozy. Loved the fireplace heater unit bc it was wintry when we were there. Prescott is a GREAT fun little city. Live music everywhere, every night. Surrounding vistas, hiking opportunities for all levels of expertise, and natural beauty — everywhere! We did get the discount for a longer stay, as is customary. Negatives - - Areas and furnishings and kitchen cabinet interiors were not at all what you’d call SQUEAKY CLEAN. - Art on the wall - questionable. We are definitely not prudes but the one picture in the bedroom area was tasteless and inappropriate for a vacation rental. We did take it down for the duration of our stay, - Owner should invest in new bath towels and wash cloths - I have never been to a vacation rental where there was only one wineglass, and not even a day’s worth of coffee to start us off the first morning.
