We just came home from a ten days family trip to this beautiful place. The house, garden, pool and location was really nice. Even better than what the pictures showed. Our local contact Lucija was also really helpful and friendly. She responsed quickly to our messages and helped facilitate transportation needs among other. Special place!
Der Aufenthalt in der Villa hat unsere Erwartungen um ein Vielfaches übertroffen. Die Villa direkt am Meer ist einfach so besonders und wunderschön. Der Blick auf den Hafen von Sutomišćica, den man von überall auf dem Grundstück genießen kann, ist ein besonderes Highlight. Auch von innen ist das Haus wunderschön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonderes Highlight waren für uns die vier Badezimmer au suite. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen! Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Sonnige Woche an einem schönen Ort direkt am Wasser
Lage, Haus und Außenanlagen sehr gut. Stellplatz ist gleich neben dem Grundstück, kurze enge Zuwegung zum Objekt. Nach drei mal durchfahren geht es aber :-) Bei der Ausstattung der Außenanlagen fehlten Sonnnenschirme ( zwei waren am Pool )und die Überdachung am Sitzplatz war provisorisch nur mit einem Schirm versehen. Auf den zwei oberen Terasen waren keine. Zwei billige Sitzsäcke und einfache Stühle ohne Auflagen im Essbereich Die Küchenausstattung ist dürftig. Kein Toaster, keine Mikrowelle, wenig Geschirr und Besteck. eine einfache Filter Kaffeemaschiene und eine Dolce Gusto. In diesem Preissegment kennen wir andere Häuser in Kroatien, welche kein Wünsche offen lassen. Wir haben der Agentur vorab schon eine inoffizielles Feedback gegeben. Vielleicht investiert man ja noch in ein paar Kleinigkeiten, dann gibt es nichts zu bemängeln.

Such an amazing place! Highly recommended to everyone. Easy to get to with your own private beach. House is absolutely beautiful with everything you need and more. Himmel auf Erden
Wenn Sie nach einem tollen Ferienhaus am Strand mit perfekter Lage suchen (Restaurant, Café, Supermärkte,) sind Sie hier genau richtig. Wir können dieses Haus wärmstens empfehlen. Es gibt einen großen Pool mit Blick auf das Meer und die Bucht. Wir haben viel Zeit am Pool verbracht, gelesen, Kinder haben natürlich auch gespielt. Was ich am meisten geliebt habe, ist die Tatsache, dass man hier so gut entspannen kann. Das Einchecken war schnell und einfach und wir waren in unserem Haus in weniger als 2 Stunden nach der Landung am Flughafen in Zadar. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie zum Zubereiten von Mahlzeiten benötigen. Am zweiten Tag sind wir mit der Fähre nach Zadar gefahren. Das Auto kann man gut an der Fähre stehen lassen und als Fußgänger nach Zadar fahren. Sehr empfehlenswerte nette Stadt. Es gibt viele Restaurants und Cafes neben den historischen Sehenswürdigkeiten. 100% zu empfehlen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
