"Better than expected! No complaints! Very impressed with the staff! Every staff member we encountered was kind, professional, helpful and pleasant! From the front desk employees, to the men who were taking care of the pool, to the staff shoveling snow and salting, to the women we observed pushing these heavy wagons to the gentleman responding to a service call who helped us find our way around….very impressive! It was our first time here and we’re discussing our next trip back with friends! You know you’re in a great place when you never need to call the front desk for anything! Keep up the good work Bentley Brook crew!"

"Property is clean and well maintained. Family that owns it are all very kind. We came here for a short winter getaway and plan on returning in the summer as it has a pool and is close to a lot of hiking!"

"Very clean, super comfy beds, overall lovely room. We stayed two nights and had a lovely time in the room and around Williamstown. We walked to restaurants, coffee shops, the movie theater, and the Clark from the hotel. We were given coffee on our last day despite missing breakfast, which was lovely. Great place and more than worth the price!"
