The whole time was able to help us out get our money back from Expedia and was still able to get us a room in a fully booked hotel."

"Only complaint was that they ran out of breakfast food before breakfast hours were done, and they didn’t refill. There were a handful of guests that stood around waiting for food to be brought out and there was no staff to be seen. This was prob 20 min before breakfast hour ended"
