“Id give it a try again, the issue was more the property management vs. Sonder. Sonder Team was great and good at communication. The property/building itself was nice, but the garage door was broken, the divider wall on our patio was broken. The garage door issue was a lot of stress upon arrival after a full day of travel. Also, very basic toiletries but no handsoap in the entire unit? Weird and inconvenient.”

“This place was perfect with so many cool place to eat and great local bars within a short walk. It's also really close to downtown. “From the gorgeously furnished living rooms, to the whimsical details in the TWO basement level bars, to the resort-quality pool and the comfortable beds and bathrooms, this was the best experience we've ever had renting a property! And the pool house BBQ...Not a single thing was overlooked, and the property manager was immediately available at all times to answer……

“Good: Home owner was always fast in responding to messages. House was cute and had a good floorplan. Large bedrooms. Neighbors were quiet during our stay. Floors, bathrooms, bedrooms, livingroom, and kitchen were clean. One of the queen sized beds was very comfortable. Bad: Very close to railway tracks (noisy). Neighborhood is rough with lots of boarded up houses and such. Master bedroom bed was horribly uncomfortable, so I slept with our daughter on the other queen bed. Hardly any kitchen……

"It was a terrible experience. Small rooms, bad smells, near the street, very noisy at night, even can’t fall asleep. Service was bad. Cleaning persons enter the room without nocking or ringing doorbell. The worker at the front desk is rude. All of the problems are obviously, she even said she didn’t see it."
