"The hotel is a bit dated, and the general cleanliness of the entrance area is suboptimal. The elevator service is also spotty and the gym is very basic. The staff was excellent and friendly and the location is great!"

"We were only in Seattle for one night but our stay at the State Hotel made it a real treat. The hotel itself is gorgeous and looks to be newly renovated. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. The artwork and wallpaper throughout the hotel are a nice touch. The restaurant downstairs, Ben Paris is delightful, and a nice spot for dinner or drinks.
