"This house was AMAZING! The online pictures do not do it justice. It is comfortable and wonderfully located. The owners were very friendly and gave several suggestions for food, drink, and entertainment nearby. If we ever return to Vienna, I will definitely look into this property again. P.s. their tv does not switch to English (we tried to screen mirror and I’m sorry to the owners if we messed it up)"

"Let me start with the only negative: the breakfast was cold. The boiled or fried eggs and sausages were cold (you would expect warm but no, cold) . If you want something warm for breakfast, I’d recommend going to nearby cafes. But the dining room’s atmosphere is amazing! The unique vibe and architecture make it unmissable. "The hotel room is very clean and spacious. The room is stocked with supplies and you don't have to ask for it. Toothbrush, 3in1 coffee, etc. There was a heat towel rack but I couldn't figure it out how to operate it. The curtains are even power operated. A nice stay and convenient for airport transfers. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I had a really nice reset there. There's even an elevator. I used Uber to take me to the airport with no issues- just plan ahead of time bc it does take the drive about 15 min to get it. Also, The buffet at Mr. Liao is very good coming from a person that avoids buffets. I'm ready to tackle the rest of my Euro travels! Thanks team Liao!! Oh, the only thing that bugged me was that the bolt lock from inside the room did not work... But it was only accessible through the electronic key card. "

I’m not sure if “dated” or “antique” is the right word to use. the bathroom was large, airy and better than many 5-star hotels. The staff were lovely, knowledgeable, helpful, respectful and responsive. If you’re driving, I recommend using their secure car park (just talk to the reception staff). There are nice cafes and a Tesco nearby. The city center is lovely, and the hotel is right in the heart of it. It’s a great location to explore the city. "

"This building is in an industrial section. The air conditioning in the little box room was not working and even though it was promised to be fixed before evenibg it was not. There are steel shutters to keep it safe and the light out but meant there is no airflow with thw window open. The door was super heavy and secure. There is no reception, no food nearby and the beds were super soft with poor foam on top to try and rescue them. We stayed one night and found a new hotel for our next night, with no refund for the unused night. Find somewhere else!"
