"This was by far THE MOST amazing experience I’ve had with a hotel. The hotel it self is not necessarily luxury or anything super fancy, however the staff is BEYOND AMAZING. Let me start by saying that I am very grateful for receptionist Martina and the driver working Saturday 1/18. ( I was exhausted didn’t get his name 💔). We originally stayed in downtown Milan at a different hotel and booked this hotel for the last two days of our stay since it was close to the airport and they had a shuttle....
