Fabulous location
My son and his wife live in this neighborhood. So many wonderful places to eat. Great grocery store right across the street. The condo is as it looks. Nicely supplied, but as someone else said, only one wine glass? The washing machine does not work. We were there for 3 nights. Slept well. Very quiet. Easy to check in and out. Would stay here again.

This was a nice place, coffee shop downstairs, grocery across the street. Coffee maker was a challenge that fits the coffee shop was just downstairs. All in all a cozy place.

I booked my stay to visit my sister having surgery. After booking, I need to change the dates. It took multiple emails and chats just to get a response. This is a big company who owns this with overseas support I think. Once I arrived, it was not a great neighborhood like they presented online. I reached out to let them know I did not feel safe staying there and basically received a "too bad" response. I never used the property, forfeited by entire payment and booked a hotel room instead.

Great spot, cozy condo
We loved the cozy apartment! Very clean nice, and comfortable! The area is wonderful and everything is walkable. Lots of great restaurants, coffee shops, distilleries around. Forest Park, Washington Park and the Japanese Gardens are all within a 1-2 mile walk. If you plan on staying in the area, there is no need for a car. If you can't walk to it, you can take the great public transit system. The only critique is that the vacasa box with the key does not open. There were a couple of us trying to check-in and open the box and could not do it. Luckily, the rental office for the building was open and they knew the trick and said no one is able to open it. Make sure you check-in before that office closes at 6pm.

Portland Getaway!
The apartment was nice and perfect for my daughter and I. We toured the area on the weekend and enjoyed the neighborhood and apartment amenities (huge outdoor space with fireplace, comfy furniture, lots of games and gas grills and a nice coffee shop that happened to have vintage clothes pop up sale on the weekend) during the week while my daughter did her DPT clinicals at the nearby hospital. I would definitely stay there again if I were ever back in Portland.

Great location
This little apartment is in a great location! Right across the street from a grocery store and a distillery. Tons of bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Best part is it’s right next to Forest Park great place to go hiking. Definitely recommend!

We loved the location with loads of restaurants in walking distance. Although parking was not included, there is a good amount of street parking nearby and the parking is free after 7 pm. The apartment was nice and the sofabed was okay for our 2 teenagers to sleep on. The management company team was very responsive when we asked for something we needed.

Condo as described. neighborhood is very walkable with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Has a nice kitchen as well as washer and dryer. Check in with a code and a lockbox for key.

Brilliant vacation destination!
Great apartment, new clean, bright, airy, comfortable and totally secure with everything you need. Excellent location conveniently situated next to New Seasons, where you can purchase good local food and provisions. Close to public transport so access to downtown and all other visitor attractions. Many good cafes, restaurants and other stores within easy walking distance. All in all a fabulous find and one I would definitely return to and recommmend.

Clean & comfortable
The only thing missing in this beautiful property is a skillet to cook with and a thicker foam pad for the pullout couch mattress. We didn't have one to begin with but it was quickly delivered but still too thin, you can still feel the metal coils & bars in your back. It's a great location, safe, and beautifully furnished.
