Staff was very friendly, but the housekeeping rules were not clear. After three days of no service, we asked for our room to be serviced on the 4th day and we were told that we were on the schedule for that day, but we we were dropped, but no reason was given. The front desk clerk then said we'll try to fit you in. We ultimately received cleaning that day, but I was confused and put off by the FD staff's response to my request.
We switched to a larger room on our last night due to an additional person staying with us. The staff was very accommodating in letting us check out later if needed, to help with a smoother move to our new room without having to pack up everything. We were able to also request a new room that overlooked our vehicle and moving truck. Although we didn't report it, the new room had a noticable amount of dried urine around the base of the toilet upon checking in. Also, many basic housekeeping items were missing, enough towels for 3 guests, kitchen items, complete sofa bed linens in closet, hangers, soap bar, etc.
The person in our group who slept on the sofa bed, said the mattress was SUPER uncomfortable and he wouldn't be able to sleep more than 1 night on it, he didn't sleep well at all. The hideabed looked really old and should be changed out. This property doesn't have 2 double beds, or we would of chosen that option instead.
