「入住是問他拿取牙刷牙膏，他笑容滿面地答Certainly, 還好我晚上自己又去買，回到房間他答我out of stock. 房間的電話是不能用的，壞掉了，跟他說了也不位我更換。另外洗衣服送回給我時竟然問我啦信用卡號碼，我說我不舒服，費用掛在房間上我走的時候會結，他答如果我不立即給他，就要立即來收回我的衣服，這是什麼服務，2022年的酒店也會這樣子。房間有多不清潔的毛巾，給我新的但是不拿走舊的，任由一堆毛巾放在廁所的一角」

「It was ok the bed was very comfortable and spacious,room was ok but signs of damp on ceiling not so good ,had kettle and tea coffee and milk and water and microwave in room ,didn't feel like sitting in living room as it looked like housekeepers belongings at dining table ,shame no breakfast available but you get what you pay for as I enjoyed the comfy bed all to.myself 」

「Family room (connecting rooms) booked. One w king sized bed n one w sofa bed. Spacious. Clean. Enough storage. Best with free parking. Plenty of parking spaces. Service was good. Staff responded quickly to our requests. Room price is reasonable. Will stay again 」

「酒店的位置很好,附近有付費停車場, 一直走便到CARDIFF MARKET﹑商場及商店。對於景點及隨處走走都很方便。雖然酒店不算新淨, 但舒適度及服務都很好,而且酒店旁邊的巴西餐廳很好吃。」

「The location is great—right in the city center, close to the train station and within walking distance of major attractions. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our standard twin room was comfortable and well-appointed, featuring cozy beds, blackout curtains, a safe, and eco-conscious amenities. Breakfast was a highlight, with a generous buffet offering a wide range of options. We also rented a car and appreciated the discounted parking location recommended by the hotel...

「The first room assigned to me is of no air condtioning, which is excessively hot in day time. Upon request, the hotel change one with air conditioning, but at a lower floor with internal view on the reception hall. The room decoration is of simple type and acceptable. But a number of room facilities like door lock, light bulbs need repair.」
