"The resort was lovely. There was unfortunately one front desk staff member who was rude all week to us and I feel she may be better suited for a position that does not interact with customers. "Missing a shelf in the bathroom, tiles and metal in bathroom looked dirty/rusty. The fridge made a lot of sound even after changing, the heating was weird, was there in November but compared to home that is warm and there was no fan, AC. Good things about it was that the reception was always pleasant and were very helpful. The breakfast buffet varied a little from day to day so you could try new things. Overall it was good, had what I needed for the most part."
