"The GD is a very lovely place to stay. The beds are comfortable. It is a historic building and is very lovely. The restaurant and bar downstairs are great. Everything closes down at 10, so it is nice and quiet at night. We will stay here again. There is coffee and a light continental breakfast on the 3rd floor. We didn't notice that at first, it is written on the welcome sheet they give you. There is no coffee in the rooms. "

"What a wonderful place! We went for Thanksgiving weekend. We could walk easily to the Historic Clifton Mill for Friday breakfast and Friday night light viewing. It was an easy walk to the Clifton Gorge Trail, where we hiked Thursday before Thanksgiving dinner at the Mill Park Hotel. The host popped by and was friendly and helpful.
