New perks: resort-style pool access and a 6-seater golf cart for quick trips to the beach, just 5 minutes away! Our spacious 4-bedroom home has a full kitchen, paddle boards, beach cruisers, grill, Wi-Fi, and tons of games. Plus, we’re a short walk to WindMark Beach Community Center for live music and dining.


We’ve just added a few amazing perks to make your stay even better. You’ll have access to a resort-style pool and a 6-seater golf cart—perfect for zipping around and getting to the beach, which is only about 5 minutes away!

Our place is set up to make you feel at home (or maybe better than home!). It’s a spacious 4-bedroom spot, perfect for family and friends. You’ll have a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs, plus paddleboards, beach cruisers, a BBQ grill, fast Wi-Fi, and loads of games for everyone to enjoy.

And one of the best parts? We’re just a short walk from the WindMark Beach Community Center, where you can catch live music, grab a bite, or just enjoy the local scene.

**Please note that there are NO video cameras inside the house. While our home is equipped with an ADT security system, the built-in video feature is not active, and we do not have access to any recordings or live footage. The system is in place solely for the security of the home itself. The only active cameras are the garage camera, driveway camera, and doorbell camera for security purposes only.**

Wonderful get away!

We were looking for a less crowded beach vaca and loved every minute of this trip. Windmark is adorable and this house had everything we needed. Only complaints (from the teens😂) were that they didn’t have TV’s in the rooms for movies at night and wanted a little more seating in the living room. Overall an excellent stay and the golf cart, beach gear and paddle board were just icing on the cake. The hosts went above and beyond anytime we had an issue and I would not have to twice booking again💫

The perfect vacation house!

The older kids loved being able to ride the bikes & golf cart to the beach & pool by themselves. The hosts are super attentive & respond fast if you have any questions. The canal in the back yard was the perfect view. There was more than enough room for our age gapped kids. The house was SO clean & we had everything we needed (besides the groceries obviously) thanks to the hosts! The golf cart was so convenient & everything was perfect honestly! We will definitely be coming back!
