A fisherman's paradise! Located less than 1/8th of a mile from the Indianola Fishing Marina and down the street from Magnolia Beach. You've got a front seat view to the Matagorda Bay and activity on Ocean Drive. Killer views from every angle--Madagorda Bay right out the front and the Wildlife Preserve marsh directly behind us and to the side. We have room for your boat/ kayaks/ golf cart. This is the perfect place for 2 to 3 couple or 3 fishermen to have their own space.

A-Frame offers 3 separate patios and decks--perfect for watching our amazing sunsets. The unique footprint of our house allows for the most privacy while giving ample opportunity to spend time together. We offer three different patios/ decks--1 deck off the front porch, with captains chairs and seating for 4 more, The next deck is beside the driveway, shaded by the pergola. You will also have seating on the upstairs deck for the couple lucky enough to call dibs on the king bedroom. We have a picnic table under the elevated deck, which always seems to catch a great breeze--perfect spot for hanging out and eating up fresh-caught fish. Living and kitchen area located on ground floor, with views of the ever-changing Matagorda Bay right out the front door. BBQ available.

Kitchen is fully equipped with large and small appliances, along with dining table. All sleeping areas are equipped with TV and WiFi and coffee machines.

Our living room has a sofa sleeper with Tempur-Pedic mattress. Sheets, pillows and blankets are provided.

The bedrooms are located just outside of the main house; the first room being upstairs and offering a very comfortable king-size bed and a single sleeper futon. I have slept on this fold out bed and was very comfortable--5'4 female (likely not suitable for grown man). The room also has the convenience of a mini fridge and Keurig coffee pot. The deck offers stunning water views, great sunsets and stargazing.

The second bedroom is located in the building just behind the main house. This room offers queen size bed, 43" Smart TV and a single-serve-Keurig. This room also has a 1/2 bath with outdoor shower with hot and cold water just outside the door at ground-level.

Three very distinct and separate sleeping areas to allow for maximum privacy. Kayaks are allowed to launch at water to the right of house. Boat parking in specific areas. I have been told the Marina allows overnight docking. Guests are welcome to utilize all living spaces. Laundry room available. This room includes a washer and dryer (laundry detergent NOT provided), in addition to some life jackets, chairs, fishing nets.

Kayaks are available--all guests must sign a Liability Waiver.

NOTE: WE DO NOT HAVE PIER ACCESS and our GUESTS MAY NOT TRESPASS ON NEIGBORING PROPERTIES. The neighbors will alert the authorities with no advance notice and the reservation will be cancelled immediately.

Occupancy Limit is 6, but 7 may be allowed if the 7th person is a young child.
Prior authorization required.
Reservation WILL BE CANCELLED without refund if number of people present (sleeping in the home or just visiting) exceeds those listed on the reservation.
^Any additional people planning to visit the property must be cleared with host.

What to bring: Beach towels --some here but may not be enough for your group
Groceries, ice, charcoal--closest HEB/ Walmart is 15-20 minute drive to Port Lavaca

Fishing equipment: The marina sells frozen and live bait, along with hooks, lures, t-shirts, etc.

We offer $25 rebate to those that leave our house in amazing condition with no damage requires a 4 day stay or more to qualify.

1 Smaller dog may be allowed but we reserve the right to refuse for any reason. Dog must be disclosed at time reservation is made. Dog may not be left alone in the residence and may not be tied or chained to tree or another fixed object.
