Cleanliness upon checking in was less than desired. There were a couple dishes left in the sink. As well as a couple other items left uncleaned (large spill located on table and random garbage items left on the back deck). Beautiful property and well maintained property, in a great area, right on the lake, and lots to do. Great host excellent communication -- no issues at all and clear instructions. "First off, the surrounding area and the lake the cottage sits on is absolutely amazing. The lake is very busy with jet skis and lots of boaters. The fishing is decent as well and if you want great, Lake Joseph is only 10 mins down the road. The lot for the cottage is very large, with a nice flat front lawn that was great for family lawn games. The back yard has a gentle slope to the water with a very nicely set up firepit and a nice sandy beach area for the kids to swim. The dock was great...
