"This property is not a 5 star hotel so ignore the bad reviews, it’s a budget b&b that has some free parking, amazing value for money, fantastic location on sea front, my young family enjoyed a day out at the beach and night out on the front, I could enjoy a drink or three and not worry about driving back to Bristol, room was clean and tidy, beds comfortable, slept well, what a find we will be back very soon."

"We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The staff were extremely courteous, friendly and helpful. The building is about 400 years old so it did creek and shake a bit when heavy vehicles went by, but that was mainly during the day, we were not disturbed at all during the night. It was very clean and the breakfast was delicious and they didn't mind adapting to special requests. We would definitely stay there again. "

"The staff were wonderful. The room was a good size and was welcoming. It was a continental breakfast, which suited us, as we were able to get what we wanted and take it to the room to eat. The dinner was delicious and there was plenty of it. Because the hotel is not staffed overnight, they asked if we wanted fresh milk and organised a little bottle for us. They also gave me a large bottle of water, as I had not had time to buy one."

"The room we stay was fine but surely not at the 5 stars quality compare to many others 5 stars hotel I have stayed before. The room was abit aged, coffee cups got coffee marks which need to be washed before use. Second night we didn’t have hot water which wasn’t impress. Breakfast was nice, a lot of options. However, dinner foods were the opposite. We had grilled chicken burgers and the chicken breast was very dry but the chips was nice. For what they charged for the foods definitely not...
