“We enjoyed our stay and found the property to be above our expections. Communication was good and we were met onsite by the Property Manager who was lovely. A car or scooter is useful for this property as it is up a steep hillside. Overall, fantastic value for money and in a great location to explore all the area has to offer.”

“This property is situated right next to Wailua State Park and across from Wailua Beach and minutes from Lydgate Beach Park. Immaculate and well- maintained. It was noisier than I expected due to traffic and bridge construction but very cute garden where you can sit outside”

“Property was as described. Pool is shared pool with other tenants, but we rarely saw them and when we did everyone was so friendly! Property owners were kind and easy to reach and communicate with! Property was clean, comfortable, and suited our needs perfectly. Parking was tight, but doable! Would definitely stay here again. ”

“An uncomplicated house sitting right on the beach! "No fluff" is not a bad thing, just that the house had exactly what you needed and nothing you did not. Ample sleeping space, multiple bathrooms, easy beachfront access, and an outdoor shower to get the sand off. Easy check-in to boot!Oh, and we counted 14 wild peacocks roaming the property at one time! Really neat for the kids!”

“Beautiful little cottage away from the busyness of the resorts. The property is like being in your own private oasis. You can get to anywhere you want to go from there and when you return you have your own private space. We are hoping we have the opportunity to return one day.”

“We enjoyed our week at the cottage. It was so nice to have our own private space. It was quiet and comfy with all the amenities you could possibly need. The view of the water from the patio was awesome and it was an easy little trail to get to the beach for a walk on the sand. We got to see a turtle resting our first day! The cottage was clean and well stocked with linens, towels, beach necessities and all our kitchen needs. We had easy access to all of Kihei and Wailea, a lot of things……
