"Huge property. A lot of walk to get to the beach because the property is huge. The 3 swimming pools are good but needs to come early so you could get chair by the pool."

"Location and customer service. Just a few minutes walk from the beach, zoo and the strip. A little dated, but very clean, comfortable and the staff is amazing. Can’t beat that they offer free breakfast"

"Kasa was so helpful, friendly and welcoming during the check in process and allocated me a fabulous room in my favourite part of the property where I can see my favourite body boarding reef. I feel completely safe in the hotel and all the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The staff at Momosan are too and their food is delicious. The hotel is in a great location for all beach activities, walking, shopping and dining. The Go Green housekeeping initiative is a terrific idea. It's impossible not...

"Loved that there were front & back entrances. One for quicker walk to main strip and the other quicker to the beach. Had a retractable clothes line in the washroom which was helpful after beach days. "

"I really enjoyed the cleanliness of the property. Even though the property is on the older side, the maintenance is well maintained. The staffs are all so friendly and helpful. There are many convenient stores available around the area and walkable distances into the main area of Waikiki. Overall my stay was enjoyable especially coming from a local like myself doing a short staycation that won’t break the bank. Much mahalo!"

"It was a last minute booking to help with Honolulu Marathon. Accommodated four adults easily and a bulldog. Pretty view from our balcony of Diamondhead and the Lagoon. Overall met our needs and the Brut Deco design was a great touch. There are no coffee makers or fridges, which was challenging for storing food and drinks, and the snack shop downstairs closes if you're looking for a midnight snack. **Added touch was a welcome bottle of wine for being a VIP guest ** thank you!"

"Embassy Suites has always been an excellent choice for us. The breakfast buffet is always good. Service was friendly .Didn't take advantage of happy hour this time, but did do in the past. Enjoyed our vacation!"

"A nice place to stay with family. The rooms have good view and complete kitchen and ample of parking space. Couple times had issues with AC which was addressed & check in instructions can be better as the GPS takes to some other building in the property. But the staff is very friendly and helpful. "
