"Our stay was delightful. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious. We enjoyed the breakfast. Lots of options and the breakfast room was beautiful. All staff we encountered were welcoming and helpful."

"The young lady checking me in was very nice & courteous. She was in the middle of something else when I arrived, but still acknowledged me & said she'd be with me in a moment. I wasn't in a hurry, so I was ok with that. She quickly got me checked in & when she saw where I was from, she asked specific questions about the area (not just general, time-filler questions). She's taking a trip to my area soon & wanted some info. The 2 gentlemen I saw the rest of my weekend were also very welcoming & courteous. They both always greeted me with a "Good morning, sir" or "Hello, sir" when I was leaving. This hotel was very clean & spacious. Breakfast was amazing! This will be my first choice the next time I'm in Des Moines!"
